Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Engineer to provide technical support and expertise for AVD and Intune deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and serve as an escalation resource for customer inquiries and issues
• Demonstrate technical expertise in AVD, Intune, and Active Directory while troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and mentor support engineers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune, along with virtualization technologies
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Experience with operating systems including Windows Server and Windows 10/11
