Job Summary
To provide enhanced technical support solutions, the full-time remote Escalation Engineer will analyze, diagnose, and debug complex customer issues while creating and implementing patches and fixes for ControlUp products.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support for ControlUp products
- Analyze, diagnose, and debug complex customer issues, driving escalations toward resolution
- Create and implement patches, fixes, and diagnostic tools while collaborating with internal teams
Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of hands-on full-stack experience with strong backend skills in .NET
- Experience with web services, WCF, and IIS
- Strong troubleshooting skills in multi-threaded environments
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to new technologies
- Proactive and reliable team player with great interpersonal skills
