Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying root causes of escalated issues and assisting in their resolution
  • Improving customer experience by documenting best practices and providing technical direction
  • Collaborating with teams to provide global technical leadership and deliver training

Qualifications and Education:
  • 10+ years industry experience
  • 2-3 years troubleshooting ServiceNow Platform
  • Experience with ServiceNow frameworks, scripting languages, and integrations
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform concepts and certifications
  • Associates degree required, BS in Computer Science or MIS preferred
