- Own high-severity escalations, including triage, containment, and customer updates
- Lead escalation war rooms and deliver executive-ready status updates
- Monitor escalated accounts for recurring issues and drive preventive actions
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS related to escalation management or customer success
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate under pressure
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes
- Experience with support/engineering workflow tools like Zendesk and Jira
