Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own high-severity escalations, including triage, containment, and customer updates
  • Lead escalation war rooms and deliver executive-ready status updates
  • Monitor escalated accounts for recurring issues and drive preventive actions
Required Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS related to escalation management or customer success
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate under pressure
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes
  • Experience with support/engineering workflow tools like Zendesk and Jira
