Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with responding to complaints and escalations from members/providers
  • Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues and maintain relationships between departments
  • Support documentation, tracking, and resolution of assigned complaints and inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience required
  • Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
  • Scheduling and healthcare experience is highly preferred
