Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels
  • Maintain relationships between departments to ensure appropriate issue resolution
  • Support root cause analysis of member/provider issues and develop recommendations to enhance experiences
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience required
  • Vocational or technical education may be required
  • Experience with Medicare, call center, and billing is highly preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
