Job Summary
A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels
- Maintain relationships between departments to ensure appropriate issue resolution
- Support root cause analysis of member/provider issues and develop recommendations to enhance experiences
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience required
- Vocational or technical education may be required
- Experience with Medicare, call center, and billing is highly preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
