Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist II to assist with responding to complaints and escalations from members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure issue resolution
  • Support documentation, tracking, and resolution of assigned complaints and inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to prior work experience
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and prescription drug plans is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of products and services to provide effective support
