Job Summary
A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist III.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to complaints and escalations from members or providers, ensuring timely resolutions
- Documents and tracks all assigned complaints and inquiries, providing updates to stakeholders
- Analyzes trends in escalated issues and collaborates with departments to implement solutions
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
- Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
- Experience with Medicare members and call center operations is highly preferred
- Knowledge of claims payment processes is a plus
