Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to complaints and escalations from members or providers, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Documents and tracks all assigned complaints and inquiries, providing updates to stakeholders
  • Analyzes trends in escalated issues and collaborates with departments to implement solutions
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
  • Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
  • Experience with Medicare members and call center operations is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of claims payment processes is a plus
