Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels
- Maintain relationships between departments to ensure effective issue resolution
- Support documentation, tracking, and resolution of complaints and inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
- Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency preferred
- Basic knowledge of products and services to support customers effectively
