Job Summary
A company is looking for an Escalation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls from repeat customers to address their needs and complaints
- Process documentation for insurance claims and work with multiple departments to resolve customer issues
- Document escalations and follow up on claim statuses as required
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred, or 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance claims and customer service
- At least 2 years of direct experience with customer service escalation issues
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of interpersonal skills for managing sensitive situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
