Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle calls from repeat customers to address their needs and complaints
  • Process documentation for insurance claims and work with multiple departments to resolve customer issues
  • Document escalations and follow up on claim statuses as required
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred, or 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance claims and customer service
  • At least 2 years of direct experience with customer service escalation issues
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of interpersonal skills for managing sensitive situations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
