Job Summary
Responsible for managing escalated, urgent, and complex requests, the fully remote Request Processing Escalation Specialist will identify trends for improvement and collaborate across teams to implement timely solutions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and responsiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated requests related to Request Processing, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Identify trends and gaps in processes, collaborating with teams to implement improvements
- Document case details and resolutions to enhance team knowledge and efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 9+ months of experience in a related position or within Operations
- Proficiency in using Google Workplace and other office software
- Strong ability to assess complex issues and recommend process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
