Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalations Representative Lead - Treasury Management Invoice Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing on new customer implementations
Conduct training with new customers
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for invoice automation customers

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant professional experience or a bachelor's degree
Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and customer service
Knowledgeable in computer applications and comfortable learning new software
Experience delivering training to customers
Understanding of purchase order matching processes
