Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage support escalation in partnership with various internal and external teams until resolution
  • Ensure timely and detailed communication for incidents and escalations
  • Create data-driven customer get-well plans for each escalation and incident

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, escalation, and incident management
  • 3 years of experience in designing or testing Python/Java/Scala-based applications
  • Hands-on experience with Big Data, Spark, Machine Learning, and other related technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and SQL-based databases
