Job Summary
A company is looking for an Escalations Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services
- Conduct investigative steps to identify issues and perform initiatives to resolve client concerns
- Classify risks in the case management system and escalate non-routine client concerns to supervisors
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of contact experience in a Financial Services environment or equivalent experience
- Direct customer service experience in a call center environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Experience interacting positively with difficult or irate customers
