Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalations Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services
  • Conduct investigative steps to identify issues and perform initiatives to resolve client concerns
  • Classify risks in the case management system and escalate non-routine client concerns to supervisors
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of contact experience in a Financial Services environment or equivalent experience
  • Direct customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Experience interacting positively with difficult or irate customers
