Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalations Representative to support Consumer and Small Business Credit Card products and Unsecured Personal Loans and Lines of Credit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding financial products and services
  • Conduct investigative steps to identify issues and process complex transactions online
  • Perform research to resolve client issues and classify risks in the case management system
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of contact experience in a Financial Services environment or equivalent
  • 1+ years' experience in a Call Center environment in the Financial Services Industry
  • General knowledge of consumer credit card products, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
  • Technical skills in CIV, CSS, and/or BCS
