Escrow Agent

Job Summary

Remote and detail-oriented, the Escrow Agent will diligently manage, review, and close real estate transactions, including preparing closing statements and responding to inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and investors.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and prepare real estate transactions, including closing statements
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and investors while managing the closing calendar
• Schedule and coordinate various types of closings, ensuring all conditions are met

Required qualifications:

• Licensed Title Insurance agent with five years of prior real estate or title insurance experience
• Advanced knowledge of the entire title process from beginning to end
• Experience managing escrow transactions from opening through funding and recording
• Ability to review title commitments and identify title requirements and defects
• Proficiency in preparing Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, and other closing documents
