Escrow Analysis Representative

Job Summary

Assisting in the analysis and reporting of escrow accounts, the full-time Escrow Analysis Representative I will review errors, validate loan-level stops, and audit escrow shortages while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and research errors from mass analysis exceptions reports
• Audit escrow shortages under $2,000 and process requests for interim and annual analysis
• Communicate with necessary departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-year previous loan servicing experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently under strict deadlines
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
