Escrow Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Analyst I, primarily responsible for the timely administration of advanced requirements related to insurance, taxes, and escrow accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain escrow lines in the servicing system and perform escrow analyses
• Determine root causes for payment changes, overages, and shortages while managing assigned pipeline
• Ensure compliance with state, regulatory, and investor guidelines through audits and control report reviews

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of escrow servicing experience in a banking or mortgage company
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel with skills in V-Lookup and data management
• Knowledge of escrow functions and experience with MSP platform environments
• High school diploma and/or some college education
