Escrow Analyst

Job Summary

Handling escalated escrow issues and specialized processes, the full-time remote Escrow Analyst will manage timelines for department complaints, support internal and external audits, and research tax penalties while ensuring compliance with US regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research and provide timelines for complaints from the Advocate Department and other regulatory bodies
• Monitor and report on insurance lines and flood zones for acquired loans
• Operate collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex escrow issues and enhance customer service

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred
• Four plus (4+) years of experience in banking, finance, mortgage, or escrow
• Three plus (3+) years' experience with mortgage loan servicing and originating systems
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Moderate understanding of Agency and investor guidelines
