A company is looking for a Closer to provide escrow services for real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with contracts and instructions
• Communicate complex information and collaborate with related teams to achieve objectives
• Act as a resource for less experienced team members while performing additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Ability to work under limited supervision and modify work practices for efficiency
• Experience in evaluating and selecting solutions from existing precedents or procedures
• Must be available to work a set schedule of 10 AM to 7 PM, either CST or PST
