• Analyze loan level files and servicing reports related to escrow products
• Update loan history and compose written information based on received documentation
• Gather and interpret complex data to enhance processes and optimize results

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems independently
• Demonstrated judgment and decision-making authority on daily work assignments
• Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
