Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the full-time remote Closing Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and support the closing process while maintaining a high level of escrow knowledge and communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and accurately via phone
- Collaborate with lenders and consumers to prepare escrow instructions and facilitate transactions
- Support the closer queue and perform escrow duties as needed, including audits and file closures
Required qualifications:
- At least two years of current Escrow Officer experience
- One or more years of call center or related experience preferred
- Fully proficient in processing and managing an escrow file from start to finish
- Strong understanding of escrow practices and local regulations
- Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
