Escrow Holdback Team Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations, the full-time remote Escrow Holdback Team Lead will manage staff activities, ensure high-quality customer service, and facilitate communication between various stakeholders while optimizing workflow and compliance within the Post-Closing Escrow Holdback processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily pipelines to optimize productivity and ensure service level agreements are met
• Serve as a liaison among branches, loan officers, clients, and vendors to resolve issues effectively
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide training and onboarding support to new team members

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with Encompass preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows
