Escrow Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational problem-solving to meet service level agreements
• Review annual escrow analysis for accuracy and compliance with RESPA requirements
• Handle escalated loan-level issues and assist with complex client inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in mortgage servicing or escrow functions
• Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae servicing experience preferred
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
