Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily escrow workflow, ensuring timely completion of escrow analysis functions and regulatory compliance
• Conduct quality control reviews and analyze operational trends to inform strategy and improve outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in mortgage servicing with knowledge of escrow operations, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae loan products and guidelines
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities focused on process optimization
• Proficiency with mortgage servicing systems and tools
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent
