Key Responsibilities

• Manage the escrow process from initiation to closing, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to facilitate smooth transactions
• Prepare and review escrow documents and disburse funds accurately

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or finance is a plus
• Experience in escrow or title operations preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
