Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Officer to manage real estate transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes real estate escrow transactions by preparing and reviewing closing documents and disbursing funds
• Acts as a liaison between parties involved in transactions and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Establishes and manages escrow accounts, including maintaining records and balancing funds during closings

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of related experience, preferably handling escrow transactions
• Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state
• Familiarity with standard concepts and practices in the escrow/title industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
