A company is looking for an Escrow Oversight Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with external tax, insurance, and flood vendors
Validate and reconcile disbursements for tax and insurance vendors
Prepare legal documentation for tax parcel verification and monitor timely payments

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
Minimum of two (2) years related experience in mortgage banking or financial industry
Previous experience with mortgage loan servicing systems preferred
