Escrow Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Centralized Processing Specialist to manage and process escrow transactions for multiple title agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process escrow transactions from initiation through closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Review and verify escrow instructions and transaction documents for legal compliance
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information for transactions

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of experience as an Escrow Processor or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of escrow processes and real estate transactions
• Proficiency with escrow and title software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certification in escrow processing or related fields is preferred
