Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an ongoing daily task list with no overdue tasks
• Support branch operations by reviewing documents and preparing for closing
• Evaluate real estate contracts and coordinate necessary follow-ups for closing

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent computer skills in a paperless environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume tasks
