A company is looking for an Escrow Processor for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an ongoing daily task list with no overdue tasks
• Provide back-room operations support for closing preparation, including reviewing documents and ordering necessary certificates
• Evaluate real estate contracts and coordinate necessary payoffs and documentation prior to closing

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry
• Ability to work independently and proactively to meet deadlines
• Strong computer skills in a paperless environment
• Flexibility to work during core business hours and extended hours as needed
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and assess risk
