Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an ongoing daily task list (workflow dashboard) with no overdue tasks
• Prepare for closing by reviewing necessary documents and coordinating with relevant parties
• Evaluate and review real estate contracts and supporting documents, ensuring all requirements are met prior to closing

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills, as the position operates in a paperless environment
• Willingness to work during core business hours with flexibility for extended hours
• Demonstrated follow-through on tasks in a high-volume setting
