Escrow Relationship Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Relationship Associate to provide support for Relationship Managers and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee solicitation of reorganization documents and manage transaction setup
• Review and prepare documents for paying agent services and communicate with internal teams
• Ensure accurate and timely service delivery to clients while collaborating with the Relationship Associate team

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience or in a similar field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations and commercial banking products
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory compliance obligations and industry standards
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and DocuSign, including escrow and paying agent agreements
