Escrow Relationship Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Relationship Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Relationship Managers and client onboarding through document review and transaction setup
• Oversee solicitation of reorganization documents and prepare for paying agent services, including reviewing and redlining various solicitation documents
• Communicate with internal teams on deal setup and manage the setup for Securityholder Records and Payments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience or in a similar field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations and regulatory compliance obligations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of DocuSign and proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data visualization
• Proficient knowledge of escrow and paying agent agreements
