Escrow Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow and Payment Solutions Analyst to support M&A escrow and payment administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and operational steps in escrow and payment transactions
• Manage the invoicing process, including drafting, tracking, and reconciling invoices
• Coordinate escrow funding activities and monitor internal communications related to EPS requests

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in M&A, banking, or finance preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in an operational, financial, or administrative role within financial services or legal services
• Familiarity with financial documentation and data systems; experience with NetSuite or Workday is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
