Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escrow Supervisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop assigned staff while managing HR-related administrative functions
• Implement and monitor operational controls and review departmental workflows to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex loan issues and manage client requests within SLAs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience needed
• Working knowledge of escrow functions in the mortgage servicing industry
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• 4-8 years of experience in mortgage loan servicing, with at least 2 years in escrow preferred
