Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop assigned staff while handling HR-related administrative functions
• Implement and monitor operational controls and regularly review departmental workflows
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex loan issues and ensure timely client request resolutions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field
• Working knowledge of escrow functions in the mortgage servicing industry
• Ability to provide training and implement best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data entry skills
