Job Summary

Escrow Supervisor - AZ Licensed oversees the daily operations of the escrow department in a full-time remote role, focusing on tax administration, escrow analysis, and compliance while managing a team and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of escrow specialists and monitor performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee escrow account management
• Collaborate on departmental strategy and process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4-6 years of escrow servicing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Current knowledge of escrow analysis, tax servicing, and insurance monitoring
• Hands-on experience with ICE Mortgage Technology platforms
• Strong knowledge of RESPA, FHA, and GSE guidelines
