Escrow Support Processor
Job Summary
Providing centralized clerical and operational support for escrow transactions, the contract Escrow Support Processor will work remotely to assist with the initiation and closing processes, focusing on balancing Closing Disclosures and coordinating with escrow teams during Pacific Time business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support the centralized processing of escrow transactions by managing documentation and activities related to initiation and closing
- Review and balance lender and escrow Closing Disclosures, identifying discrepancies and variances
- Coordinate with escrow teams to ensure accurate and timely closings while relieving branches of high-volume processing tasks
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of escrow processing experience
- Experience balancing Closing Disclosures with lender documents
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Adobe for editing PDFs
- Strong understanding of escrow procedures and regulations
