ESG Advisory Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ESG Advisory Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ESG sustainability advisory and consulting services, including sustainability reporting assistance and regulatory compliance
• Conduct assessments of ESG reporting against various frameworks and make recommendations for improvement
• Lead client engagement staffing, ensure profitability targets are met, and support the growth and development of team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability or environmental management; Master's or advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in ESG advisory services within a professional services firm
• 2+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
• Certifications such as GRI, CC-P, or SCR preferred
• U.S. Citizenship required
