ESG Reporting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ESG Reporting and Strategy Manager to join their Corporate Affairs team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ESG data analysis, reporting, and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with standards and regulations
• Assist in developing and refining the ESG reporting strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Engage with stakeholders to respond to disclosure requests and monitor ESG trends and benchmarking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sustainability, business, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility
• Strong understanding of ESG reporting standards and regulations
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Experience with ESG ratings and familiarity with Workiva ESG Module
