ESG Sustainability Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ESG & Sustainability Program Manager to lead the development and execution of its ESG strategy and oversee sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESG policies and sustainability initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG principles into business operations and track sustainability performance
• Act as the primary liaison across departments and engage with external stakeholders to communicate ESG commitments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Public Policy, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability program management, or corporate social responsibility
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and environmental regulations
• Experience managing sustainability programs, including carbon footprint reduction and waste management
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
