ESL Methodologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ESL Methodologist to support curriculum development and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance existing ESL curriculum and learning materials
• Ensure alignment of curricula and assessments with CEFR standards
• Collaborate with content teams to develop pedagogically sound materials

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a relevant Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in ESL curriculum design or content development
• Expertise in CEFR alignment and curriculum mapping
• Strong understanding of ESL methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional educational teams
