Job Summary
Managing the onboarding and implementation of new ESOP plans, the full-time remote ESOP Consultant will ensure a smooth transition for clients, coordinating with plan sponsors and prior providers while maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding process from initial client engagement to full system setup in the ESOP recordkeeping system
- Coordinate with plan sponsors and previous service providers to collect necessary records and documentation for new and takeover plans
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze, reconcile, and maintain accurate onboarding documentation and participant data
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of direct experience with ESOP plan administration, onboarding, or implementation functions
- Proven experience managing full-cycle implementations or plan takeovers
- Strong knowledge of Form 5500 reporting and plan reconciliation processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required; ASPPA credential preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data reconciliation and analysis
