ESP Migration Specialist

Job Summary

Leading enterprise Email Service Provider (ESP) migrations from end to end, the full-time ESP Migration Specialist will serve as the technical lead for migration projects, guiding clients through discovery, planning, implementation, and validation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Owns the end-to-end ESP migration strategy, including audit, roadmap, and post-migration validation
• Architects data migration approaches to ensure deliverability and compliance continuity
• Independently manages client relationships throughout the migration lifecycle and ongoing strategic engagement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in CRM/lifecycle marketing with hands-on experience executing ESP migrations
• Expert-level experience with Klaviyo and Braze; additional platform experience is a plus
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-scale technical implementations and API integrations
• Strong technical documentation and QA skills, able to manage complex technical problems independently
• Proven track record of owning full-funnel lifecycle strategy for client portfolios
