Esports Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Esports.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Esports program and day-to-day operations of varsity and junior varsity teams
• Recruit players and coaches, and manage student employees for esports arena operations and live streaming broadcasts
• Create and implement systems and guidelines for the program while building relationships with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with experience in team and player management in Esports
• Experience in financial management and retail
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications required
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Possession of or ability to acquire a valid Virginia State driver's license
