Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the ESS Team Analyst will manage complex installations, configurations, and maintenance of systems hardware/software while responding to service desk escalations and ensuring adherence to operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve Service Desk escalations and technical incidents
- Create and document procedures for work orders and maintenance tasks
- Participate in cross-functional project work and lead technical teams
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or relevant work experience
- Solid working experience with Broadcom Automic job scheduler or similar technologies
- Prior experience in reading and digesting technical information
- Strong customer focus and ability to manage multiple work priorities
- Experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems
