Estate and GST Tax Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Wealth Transition Services Senior Manager - Estate & GST Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Review United States Estate and Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Returns and state level estate tax returns
• Interpret and review legal documents related to estate and business succession planning
• Manage client relationships and assist in business development and billing responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license or JD/L.LM. (taxation)
• 7+ years of experience in gift, trust, and estate tax in public accounting, law firm, or a related field
• Expertise in estate and GST tax provisions and federal/state level estate tax returns
• Knowledge of GST exemption allocation rules and reporting considerations
• Experience in business development and networking
