Job Summary
To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Estate Planning Attorney will guide clients through the estate planning process, conduct virtual meetings, and draft legal documents, all within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual client meetings to gather information and present tailored estate planning strategies
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and respond to client inquiries
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one state bar
- 3+ years of experience in estate and trust planning
- Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust funding
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
