Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Estate Planning Attorney will guide clients through the estate planning process, lead virtual meetings, and advise on complex estate and tax issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual client meetings to gather information and present tailored estate planning strategies
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
- Collaborate with financial advisors and internal team members to ensure effective implementation of estate plans
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one state bar
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estate and trust planning
- At least 3 years of advanced estate planning experience
